How did you hear about the contest?
IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY:  Be sure to read and understand al contest rules and restrictions described in this "Contest Rules Agreement."

1.  To enter the contest you must send an expression of love which is received by Zachary's Jewelers on or before April 10, 2010.  Letters should be no longer than 500 words.  Entries can be made at zacharysjewelers.com or mailed to Zachary's Jewelers, 100 Main Street, Annapolis, MD 21401, or delivered personally to our store.  You must submit valid information to be an eligible contest winner.  No purchase necessary.

2.  You must be 18 or older to enter contest.

3.  The sooner your entry is submitted, the more consideration it will receive in the judging.  In the case of a tie between entries, the entry received first will be awarded the prize.

4.  Contestants must submit their own, original expressions of love.  Each contestant and the person to whom their expression of love is addressed must consent to Zachary's Jewelers use of their names, voice, and/or likeness for promotional and advertising purposes, without additional compensation. Contestants' entry may be immediately utilized by Zachary's Jewelers for its website, advertising, and promotional purposes.  A prize will not be awarded to any contestant who has not provided these consents to Zachary's Jewelers.

5.  Winner is required to personally be present to pick up his/her prize at Zachary's Jewelers, 100 Main Street, Annapolis, MD 21401, on Sunday April 18, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. Winner must present legal driver's license or passport identification to claim prize, together with his/her verified social security number.

6.  No cash equivalent will be offered in substitution of prize.  A Gift Certificate prize is valid for jewelry purchase at Zachary's Jewelers only and may not be used for repairs or appraisals.  No other discounts may be combined with this offer.

7.  If a prizewinner desires to upgrade the jewelry selected, he/she may do so at his/her own expense with the consent of Zachary's Jewelers.  If he/she chooses not to use the total value of the gift certificate, the difference will be forfeited.

8.  Employees of Zachary's Jewelers and WRNR, contest sponsors, their associated advertising agencies and their immediate families, as well as employees of other radio and television stations and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

9.  Contest participants agree to indemnify and hold Zachary's Jewelers, their officers, employees and directors harmless from any claim, liability, income tax, loss, or damage caused by or arising out of their participation in the contest.

10.  Prize winner will be responsible for any and all applicable taxes and fees.  Zachary's Jewelers will provide winner of prize with an IRS Form 1099.  A prize winner agrees to indemnify Zachary's Jewelers for any income taxes attributable to the prize given to a prize winner.

11.  Only one (1) qualified contestant per residential address will be eligible to win.

12.  Zachary's Jewelers and its authorized representatives reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, delay and/or modify the contest dates and/or method of entry at any time.  Zachary's Jewelers may be excused from its obligation to execute the contest if its performance is delayed or prevented due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, public enemies, war, weather, civil disorder, fire, flood, explosion, labor disputes or strikes, and any acts by any governmental authority.

13.  Zachary's Jewelers reserves the right to refuse awarding any prize to a person who is determined, in Zachary's Jeweler's sole discretion, to have violated the Zachary's Jewelers rules as outlined above.

14.  Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received.  Zachary's Jewelers is not responsible for lost entries or late, lost, misaddressed or misdirected mail or delayed, misdirected, uncompleted or unsuccessful e-mails.

15.  Zachary's Jewelers reserves the right to change or alter the official rules, method of entry and/or prizes without prior notification.

16.  The decision of the judge(s) is final.

17.  Zachary's Jewelers keeps your email information confidential and will not make your address available to any other company or organization.  However, we may occasionally send you an email with Zachary's Jewelers information.
