Return Policy

We stand behind every item we sell and want you to be truly delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of the ship date, for a full refund, exchange, store credit or gift card.

If you made your purchase in store, please refer to the in-store return policy and visit us at 100 Main street with the purchase that you would like to return or exchange.

Certified diamonds , loose or mounted, must also be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report, or a $150 charge will be assessed to replace the certificate.

No refunds will be issued on custom design, special orders, merchandise that has been personalized, engraved, sized or otherwise altered, OR any sales orders marked “Final Sale”. Sizing of any timepiece is also considered an alteration. 

If your made-to-order, special order or custom designed item is still in production, and you have not yet received it, we are happy to cancel the order and provide a store credit. 

In some situations, partial refunds or store credit may be granted at a manager's discretion. Some examples of exceptions may include:

  • Any item not in its original condition, such as damaged or missing parts.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Gift Cards 

Gift cards never expire but may not be refunded for any reason.


Extended Holiday Returns

You can shop with confidence at Zachary’s Jewelers during the holiday season. Starting November 18, holiday purchases may be returned until January 24th of the immediately following year. 


Online Order Returns

Returns for online orders can be arranged by calling 410.266.5555 or emailing constance@zacharysjewelers.com . There is no restocking fee for accepted returns, and you will be credited for the full amount of the items purchased less shipping costs, provided that the items are returned in original condition. You are responsible for shipping the product back to Zachary’s or dropping off the item at a Zachary’s store, after arranging in advance.

Return Shipping

The price of the return label will be deducted from your refund or calculated into your balance if you choose to exchange for another item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable , unless we have sent an item in error.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, refunds can be chosen to return to your original method of payment or as a store credit. Please allow 3-5 business days after delivery for returns to be approved and processed on our end. 


Late or Missing Refunds

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your financial institution. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please call us at (410) 266-5555 or email Doug@zacharysjewelers.com


Store Credits

All merchandise credits will be issued in the form of either an in-store credit or online gift card. Please let us know whether you intend to use your credit in-store or online, as our credits and gift cards cannot be used interchangeably.

In-Store Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. All refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Worn, adjusted or damaged products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Timepieces must have all protective stickers in place. Refunds must be returned to the same method of payment originally used.
