Zachary’s Jewelers primarily ships orders using FedEx or comparable carriers.
All shipments are carefully packaged and secured prior to dispatch.

- Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or for special orders
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
3. Shipping Costs

Exceptions

Repairs and Service Shipments
- Shipping charges generally apply to items being returned to customers after repair or service
All applicable shipping costs will be communicated prior to shipment when possible.
4. Insurance and Risk of Loss
Zachary’s Jewelers self-insures all shipments.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit:
- Customers must notify Zachary’s Jewelers promptly
- We will work with the carrier and customer to investigate and resolve the issue
5. Delivery Requirements
